I couldn't believe these photos when I saw them on Pink Kitten's blog. I literally think most if not all of blogger Asami's shoes are JC--and they all look impeccable!!

Apart from winning the coveted and highly-deserved fashion icon award at the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards last night, Lady Gaga also called Anna Wintour a bitch. During her 7-minute acceptance speech, Gaga described a text message she received from Wintour explaining that Gaga had won the CFDA award. Gaga, thinking it was a close drinking buddy also named Anna, responded, "Yes, bitch, we did it!" Wintour replied, "How lovely, and we will all be waiting to see what you will wear." Gaga soon discovered her mistake and no doubt rectified the situation before Wintour had her blacklisted from every event between here and Mars.
Last night Gaga shuffled the red carpet in a Thierry Mugler gown and signature heels (about 10 inches high). Before accepting the award, she detached the train from the gown, revealing a thonged leotard. As the night buckled into afterparty zone, Gaga stripped to nipple stickers and thong, covered by the sheer bodysuit. Nekkid, nekkid, nekkid.

These pieces remind me of the fool's gold my kindergarten teacher, Mr. Height, used to hide around the classroom for us to find. :)

OK I admit, I've been making fun of most everyone who has been following royal wedding coverage. I slept through it, knowing that the moment I woke up and checked Facebook, Twitter, and text messages, I would be filled in on all the excitement within minutes. That being said, I scoured for details of Kate's Alexander McQueen dress. And normally I'm not a huge fan of wedding veils, but the ivory silk tulle was gauzy and stunning.
But the real showstoppers were actually the hats. Philip Treacy's designs topped many a royal head--oh, and Vitoria Beckham.

Our nomination for Best-Dressed at last night's Academy Awards is Cate Blanchett. She wore an intricately beaded, cool-hued lilac gown with striking yellow beads folding over her shoulders and back. The gown by Givenchy Couture included a modestly bosom-framing circular bib alongside structured shoulders. Paired with light makeup, fair skin, and golden highlights, the dress made Cate Blanchett glow like the "beautiful alien" she is.

After D&G's chic, Aspen-inspired Fall 2010 RTW collection, I'm shocked at this season's look. It seems like they ripped off the American Apparel aztec prints from three years ago PLUS took a tip from the Material Girl junior's line at Macy's. WTF D&G?

This is one of three outfits I would actually wear from this collection--out of about 50 that walked:
zero imagination:
A reminder of the D&G Fall 2010 RTW collection <3:
The first print I thought of when I saw D&G's latest RTW line = American Apparel:
What a few of the D&G blazers reminded me of--Material Girl at Macy's:

According to both T Mgazine and New York Magazine, John Galliano has been suspended from the Dior house after allegedly making anti-semetic remarks to a woman sitting outside a cafe in Paris last night. It has been speculated that he was intoxicated at the time, but he has been released from custody as no charges have been filed against him. He has yet to make an official statement, but his lawyer says the designer "formally denies the accusations of anti-Semitism made against him ... [he] is not at all in this state of mind [and] will explain later."
